GKT Consulting, Inc. is partnering with the AOC in a Data Quality Project. This project looks for ways to improve the quality of the data we are keeping in Quest. Part of improving data is making sure the Quest counties are adding data in a consistent way and to then provide additional training if needed.
We hold a monthly zoom meeting with Quest users to discuss best practices, share new ideas, ask questions of each other, and even have special speakers to share something cool their county is doing.
This is a 60 minute meeting, held once a month, with a set agenda that you will help develop. We start each meeting with a helpful tip about using Quest, a segment called "Fun with Quest." It's the little things that make a big difference! We then discuss a chosen topic, such as case planning or disposing of cases or whatever topic we as a group agree on. Following each meeting will be a survey so you can make comments on the effectiveness of that meeting and make suggestions for the next meeting.
